Braden is the founder of Web Antler – a digital marketing expert who is passionate about quality and standout campaign results. Using superior strategy and tactics, he delivers the greatest visibility and conversions across digital channels for the budget.

He has spent more than a decade working with campaign data – analysing it, finding the gaps and opportunities, then defining where and how to leverage them for peak performance. With an intense focus on results, he designs seasonal and annual campaign strategies and tactics to drive search and advertising performance.

Braden made his mark at multinational agencies FCB and OMD working on large digital brands including Rabobank, BMW, Spark, AMP and AA Insurance. He founded Web Antler in 2017 to do digital better and smarter, and to give ambitious brands access to the talent, thinking and resources usually only available from the large agencies.

Fred is a senior performance specialist, one of the few in the industry with expertise in optimising campaigns for conversions and e-commerce results on a large scale. He is across every account at Web Antler monitoring results, growth and budgets.

Fred is 100 per cent focused on achieving marketing goals and sales targets. Then taking campaigns to the next level of performance and growth, with ongoing refinement and optimisation of all the digital dials. 

A highly logical person not fond of ambiguity, Fred uses data to get to the truth. He validates ideas with facts to ensure all Web Antler campaigns are built and scaled on solid evidence.

Before joining Web Antler, Fred led the paid search team at OMD, optimising some of the largest search accounts in New Zealand, including The Warehouse, GEM Finance, Noel Leeming, Britz Campervans and Meridian Energy.
